It is formulated for rough skin texture and has an antioxidant effect. It can be used on areas where the smoothness of the skin's surface matters to you and on areas that show stretch marks.

1. Before use, stir the product with a spatula — the oil and the grains can separate in the jar.
2. Take a small amount into your palm.
3. Massage your body, hands and feet in circular movements for 5–6 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water.
5. Apply a body lotion or oil after drying.

How often: 1–2 times a week.

Will the coffee grains scratch the skin?
Not when applied gently, in circular movements and without pressing. On sensitive skin, shorten the massage.

Will it stain the bath?
Scrubs containing cocoa and coffee can leave a temporary mark on light-coloured surfaces; rinsing the floor after the shower is recommended.

Is oil separating in the jar normal?
Yes. In oil-based scrubs the grains and the oil separate over time; stirring with a spatula before use is all that is needed.

Can I use it on my face?
No. This product is formulated for the body and should not be used on the face or around the eyes. For the face, choose the Apricot Kernel Peeling Cream or our peeling gels.

Before or after the shower?
It is applied during the shower, on wet skin, and rinsed with warm water. Applying a moisturiser afterwards is recommended.
