What do we send?
We send Lacinia product and campaign news only through channels you have separately opted into and only to people who have given their consent.
Notifications about your order — order confirmation, shipping status, the returns process — fall outside this consent. You receive them whether you consent or not, because they are not commercial messages but part of your purchase.
How do I subscribe?
Enter your email address in the newsletter box and tick the consent box. If a confirmation email is requested, use its link to confirm your subscription. This newsletter form requests email consent; SMS consent is separate.
How do I unsubscribe?
- Use the channel selection on this page to withdraw email or SMS consent independently. Receiving a request and completing its transfer to İYS are separate steps.
- You can also view and switch off all of your consents through the Message Management System (İYS), the official registry authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
- You may also write to info@lacinia.com.tr and ask to be removed.
Whichever route you choose, your request is processed within three business days at the latest, and we send you no commercial messages after that date.
Where is my consent kept?
We keep your channel-specific consent and withdrawal records and synchronize them with the Message Management System (İYS). A received request does not mean that its transfer to İYS is complete. You can see and manage your consents at iys.org.tr.
What if I do not consent?
Nothing changes. You can keep shopping and you still receive the notifications about your order. You simply miss campaign and new-product announcements, that is all.
