1. Sender and scope
This consent covers only commercial electronic messages sent on behalf of Lacinia (lacinia.com.tr). Each of the Rose Candy, Lacinia, Herbaclean and MeloMyPet stores is a separate consent scope; a choice made in one store does not give permission for the others.
2. Optional, per-channel choice
Campaign e-mail and campaign SMS are separate preferences and are off by default. You do not need to give this consent in order to create an account, shop, pay or receive a delivery. Consenting to one channel does not consent to the other.
3. Message content and purpose
On the channel you have consented to, we may send product, campaign, discount, coupon, event, satisfaction-survey and brand announcements. The consent record may be kept with the brand, channel, time, text version and integrity-protected technical evidence.
4. Service notifications stay separate
Transactional notifications — account security, e-mail or phone verification, order, payment, return, invoice, shipping and delivery — are sent to set up or perform the service. They do not depend on campaign consent and do not stop when this consent is withdrawn.
5. Withdrawal and preference management
You can withdraw your consent from the Communication Preferences section of your account, from the opt-out method in the messages, or through the Message Management System channels required by law. 6. Data processing and service providers
Your contact details and preference records may be shared, limited to what is needed for delivery and consent management, with authorised communication infrastructure providers and the systems required by law. The details of personal data processing are explained in the Personal Data Notice and the Privacy Policy; a record that those texts were read is not consent to commercial messages. 7. Changes
If a new version materially changes the scope of this consent, a fresh choice is requested where necessary. Silence, a pre-ticked box or merely continuing to use the site does not count as consent.
