This Membership Agreement sets out the terms of use for the customer account created through lacinia.com.tr. Membership is free; the sale of products and payment transactions are subject to the preliminary information and the Distance Sales Agreement presented at the time of the order.
1. Parties and service provider

Member: the individual who completes the membership form or creates an account with one of the supported single sign-on methods.
2. A store-specific customer account
This membership is valid only in the store where it was created. Using the same e-mail address or Google account on another Norm brand does not create an account or sign you in there. Your password, profile, addresses, favourites, orders and message preferences are managed separately for this store.
3. Use and security of the account
The Member agrees to give accurate, current details that belong to them, to keep their password and session tools confidential, and to report unauthorised use without delay. Unlawful, misleading or automated misuse is prohibited.
4. Membership features
Membership may provide faster checkout with saved addresses, order and shipping tracking, favourites, return requests and communication preferences. Security and continuity measures may be applied; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Personal data and communication preferences
The processing of personal data and the rights of the data subject are explained in the Personal Data Notice and the Privacy Policy. Campaign e-mail and SMS preferences are separate and optional. Transactional notifications may still be sent to perform the service.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the site software, designs, trade marks, images and content belong to their owners. Membership does not grant the right to reproduce, use commercially or reverse-engineer them beyond a personal shopping experience.
7. Closing the account
The Member can close the account from the settings. Records necessary for open orders, disputes and statutory retention obligations may be kept. Access may be suspended in the event of a security breach or a serious breach of this agreement; legal rights are reserved.
8. Changes and versioning
Material changes are published as a new version and re-acceptance is requested where necessary. The accepted version, the time and integrity-protected technical evidence may be kept for audit.
9. Governing law and remedies
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. Law No. 6502 and mandatory consumer rights are reserved. Disputes may be taken to Consumer Arbitration Committees and the competent Consumer Courts.
10. Entry into force
The Member accepts this version by ticking the consent box and starting the membership or continue-with-Google flow. A record that the privacy and data notices were read is not marketing consent.
