1. Make sure the room is warm.
2. Warm a few drops of oil in your palm.
3. Massage your baby's arms, legs, back and chest with slow, gentle movements.
4. Avoid the eye area and the mouth.

The best time: After a bath, while the skin is still slightly damp. Apply it when your baby is calm, not hungry and not just after a full feed.
