Body oil or lotion?
Body oils provide richer and longer-lasting moisture than lotions; they leave a fine protective layer on the skin. They are especially favoured on very dry skin, during the winter months and for locking in moisture after the shower.
What does it do?

How is it used?
- Apply after the shower, while the skin is still slightly damp — that is the best moment for the oil to lock in moisture.
- Take some oil into your palm and warm it in your hands.
- Massage it into your body until absorbed.
- Wait for it to absorb, then get dressed.
Frequency: Every day or as needed. Regular use is recommended on areas that stretch, such as the abdomen, chest, hips and legs.
