Hyaluronic Acid Serum 2×2 ml

• Sodium hyaluronate — the salt form of hyaluronic acid; a powerful humectant known for holding many times its own weight in water

This pairing aims to increase the skin's moisture capacity, reduce the look of lines caused by lack of moisture and support the skin's plumpness. The formula is also one of the basic steps of anti-ageing care; moisture is the precondition for skin looking plump and smooth.

1. Cleanse your skin and dry it gently.
2. Open the ampoule carefully.
3. Spread one ampoule over your face with your fingertips and massage it in; you can also apply it with a dermaroller if you prefer.
4. Do not rinse. You can then apply your moisturiser.

How often: One ampoule a day, used regularly, is recommended. An opened ampoule is not kept.

An important tip: Hyaluronic acid draws moisture from the air and from the skin. So applying the serum to slightly damp skin and sealing the moisture in with a moisturiser on top is the most effective method. Used on its own in very dry surroundings, it may not give the result you want.

Can it be used on oily skin?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant, not an oil; it is chosen on oily skin too, to provide moisture without clogging the pores.

Can it replace a moisturiser?
No. The serum draws moisture in, while the moisturiser keeps that moisture in the skin. They give the best result used together.

How is it different from the Moisturiser Serum?
The Hyaluronic Acid Serum is an intensive course step in 2 ml ampoule form. The Moisturiser Serum comes in a 30 ml bottle for daily use and supports the skin barrier with its ceramide content.

Can it be used with other serums?
Yes, hyaluronic acid is compatible with almost every active and is usually applied underneath the other serums.
