1. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Work a walnut-sized amount of shampoo into a lather in your palm and apply it to the scalp.
3. Massage for about a minute with your fingertips — not your nails.
4. Leave for 2–3 minutes; this gives the botanical extracts time in contact with the scalp.
5. Rinse with plenty of water. If there is heavy residue, repeat once.

How often: 2–3 times a week.
Tip: If the ends are dry, apply conditioner to the ends only after rinsing, not to the scalp.

Yes, the product is suitable for all hair types. Waiting 48 hours after fresh colour is general care advice, so that the colour settles.
