Concealer

Concealer 5 ml is the product used in base make-up for evening out tone in specific areas. While foundation and BB cream are applied as a thin layer over the whole face, concealer goes only on the small areas that need it.

Where it is used

• On the look of darkness under the eyes
• On the look of redness beside the nose and around the mouth
• On small areas where skin tone does not look even

Correct application

1. Apply concealer after BB cream; once the base is evened out it becomes clear how much concealer you actually need, and you use less product.
2. Apply a thin layer under the eye in an inverted triangle; do not fill the whole area.
3. Blend by pressing with a fingertip or a damp sponge, not by dragging. Dragging lifts the product off.
4. Set with a very fine dusting of loose powder under the eye — it reduces creasing.

Choosing a shade

For the under-eye area, a concealer the same as your skin tone or half a shade lighter looks natural. Shades that are much too light make make-up look obvious. Test the product in daylight on the area where you will use it, not on the jawline.

This is a cosmetic product. It is used around the eye area; avoid getting it in the eye.
