About Sun & tanning
Tanning Oil 190 ml is a care oil that helps preserve the skin's moisture while you sunbathe. Its oil texture leaves the skin looking glossy and even.
What to know first
Tanning oils are not sunscreens and, unless an SPF value is stated on the label, provide no protection against the harmful effects of the sun. Tanning oil should therefore be thought of not as a replacement for sunscreen but as something used alongside it: the sunscreen does the protecting, while the oil takes care of the skin's moisture and appearance.
Safe use
- Apply your SPF 50 sunscreen 15–20 minutes before going out into the sun.
- Then spread the tanning oil in a thin layer.
- Avoid direct sun during the most intense hours of the day (11:00–16:00).
- Reapply your sunscreen after swimming and sweating.
- At the end of the day, take a cool shower and follow with after-sun care using the Aloe Vera Milk Skin Care Spray.
Who should not use it
People with very fair skin, those who are sensitive to the sun and anyone using a product that may cause photosensitivity should consult a professional before using tanning oil. It should not be used on babies and young children.
This is a cosmetic product. It contains no SPF and does not provide sun protection. If redness or a burning sensation develops on the skin, get out of the sun and stop using the product.
