Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation of Türkiye to inform you before you place an order on lacinia.com.tr. Please read it and confirm it in the cart before completing your order. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Lacinia products are sold on this site directly by the Seller; no marketplace or other intermediary service provider takes part in the sale. Please use the address, phone number and e-mail above for questions, requests and complaints as well.

2. Products and price

Your cart is empty; the documents are filled in with the products in your cart.

Prices include VAT. Standard shipping within Türkiye costs TRY 99.90 and is free for orders whose product total after discounts is TRY 449.00 or more. Shipping outside Türkiye costs TRY 920.00; customs duties and similar charges of the destination country cannot be calculated in advance and may be collected from you on delivery. No charge is made beyond the total shown on the checkout page, and placing the order online costs you nothing extra. No deposit or guarantee is required.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.; your card details are not passed to the Seller and are not stored by the Seller. If instalments are available, they are shown on the payment page before you pay. You confirm your order by pressing the «Pay now» button on the checkout page; this confirmation creates an obligation to pay.

4. Delivery

Your order is shipped to the address you give on the checkout page. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within Türkiye is 1–3 business days; in every case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order date at the latest. We ship to Türkiye and to the countries listed on the checkout page; we do not ship to countries that are not listed. If fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the Seller informs you within 3 days of learning this and refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. You may also withdraw at any time between placing the order and delivery. If products are delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last product; for a product made up of several parts, from delivery of the last part.
Send your notice of withdrawal within the period by e-mail to info@lacinia.com.tr, by KEP to normkozmetik@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to the address above. No particular form is required; you may also use the withdrawal form annexed to the Regulation.
Unless the Seller offers to collect the product itself, send it back within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost you no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed to you in reply to your notice.
The Seller refunds the price of the product and the cost of delivering it to you within 14 days of the day you hand the product to a carrier for its return, in a way suited to the means of payment you used, without any charge to you and in a single payment. If you withdraw before delivery, this period starts when your notice reaches the Seller.
You are not liable for changes or deterioration caused during the withdrawal period by using the product in line with its function and its instructions for use.

6. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic and personal care products whose protective seal — such as cellophane, tape, a seal or protective foil — has been opened after delivery and which are therefore unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ç)). You keep the right of withdrawal for products whose protective seal has not been opened and for accessories that raise no hygiene concern.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products; the cost of returning a defective product is always borne by the Seller.

7. Personal data

Information on the personal data processed for your order is given in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Confirming this form does not mean that you agree to receive advertising or promotional messages.

8. Disputes

You may first send your complaint to the Seller. For disputes within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the consumer transaction took place. For disputes above these limits, you may apply to the consumer court, provided that you first apply to a mediator before filing the case, as required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.

9. Confirmation and durable copy

By ticking the box in the cart you confirm that you have read this form and you accept the Distance Sales Agreement. When your order is completed, this form and the agreement are sent to you, together with the details of your order, in the order confirmation e-mail. The Seller keeps these records for three years.

Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: The consumer who gives their name, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address on the checkout page.

This agreement is concluded electronically on lacinia.com.tr (Lacinia), a website owned by the Seller.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer on lacinia.com.tr, whose characteristics and sale prices are shown below. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation of Türkiye. The Preliminary Information Form is an integral part of this agreement.

Article 3 — Products, price and payment

Prices include VAT. Shipping is added to the total under the terms stated in the Preliminary Information Form. Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.; the Seller does not see or store card details. The invoice is issued electronically from the details given in the order.

Article 4 — Delivery

4.1. The products are shipped to the address the Buyer gives on the checkout page. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within Türkiye is 1–3 business days; in every case delivery takes place within 30 days of the order date at the latest. If the products are not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement; the Seller then refunds everything it collected, including delivery costs, with statutory interest within 14 days of receiving the notice of termination.

4.2. If fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days of learning this and refunds everything it collected, including delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest.

4.3. Handing the product to the carrier is not delivery to the Buyer. The Seller is liable for loss and damage until the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a person, other than the carrier, named by the Buyer.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The Buyer may also withdraw at any time between the conclusion of the agreement and delivery. If products are delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last product; for a product made up of several parts, from delivery of the last part.

5.2. Notice of withdrawal is given within the period by e-mail to info@lacinia.com.tr, by KEP to normkozmetik@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to the Seller's address. No particular form is required; the withdrawal form annexed to the Regulation may also be used.

5.3. Unless the Seller offers to collect the product itself, the Buyer sends it back within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost the Buyer no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed in reply to the notice of withdrawal.

5.4. The Seller refunds the price of the product and the cost of delivering it to the Buyer within 14 days of the day the product is handed to a carrier for its return, in a way suited to the means of payment the Buyer used, without any charge to the Buyer and in a single payment. If the Buyer withdraws before delivery, this period starts when the notice reaches the Seller.

5.5. The Buyer is not liable for changes or deterioration caused during the withdrawal period by using the product in line with its function and its instructions for use.

Article 6 — When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Article 7 — Defective products

If a delivered product is defective, the Buyer may use the elective rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or, where possible, replacement with a non-defective one. The cost of returning a defective product is borne by the Seller. The exceptions to the right of withdrawal do not apply to defective products.

Article 8 — Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed as explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Accepting this agreement is not consent to receive advertising or promotional messages.

Article 9 — Disputes

For disputes within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, the Buyer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where the Buyer lives or where the consumer transaction took place. Disputes above these limits fall to the consumer court, provided that the parties first apply to a mediator before the case is filed, as required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502.

Article 10 — Entry into force and durable copy

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer, after confirming in the cart that the Preliminary Information Form has been read and accepting this agreement, confirms the order by pressing the «Pay now» button on the checkout page. The agreement and the Preliminary Information Form are sent to the Buyer, together with the order details, in the order confirmation e-mail. The Seller keeps the records relating to this agreement for three years.
